Return & Exchange Policy

At Jigya Japraa, every piece is handcrafted and made-to-order with the utmost care. Since our garments are customised exclusively for you, we do not offer returns.

However, we understand that the perfect fit matters. That’s why we provide:

• Size alterations – Complimentary minor adjustments, if needed.

• Exchanges – In case of a genuine sizing issue or defect, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Store credit – If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued for future purchases.

Please note:

• Worn, used, or damaged items will not be accepted.

• Urgent or customised orders (with specific measurements/changes) are not eligible for exchange or credit.

• All requests must be made via WhatsApp at +91 7302729066, along with your order details.
